天龙优1340的选育与栽培制种技术

Breeding and Cultivation Techniques for Seed Production of Tianlongyou 1340

摘要： 天龙优1340是四川西科种业股份公司与河南省信阳市农科院以三系不育系天龙13A为母本，与高生物量、高配合力恢复系天龙恢140配组，共同选育而成的三系杂交中稻新组合。2012-2013年参加豫南稻区中籼稻区域试验，平均产量585.5 kg/667 m2，比对照Ⅱ优838平均增产6.9%，达极显著水平。2014年参加豫南稻区中籼稻生产试验，平均产量608.4 kg/667 m2，比对照品种Ⅱ优838增产7.0%，增产点次达100%。2015年通过河南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。

Abstract: Tianlongyou 1340 is a new three line hybrid rice combination, bred by Sichuan Xike Seed Co. Ltd. and Henan Province Xinyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, derived from Tianlong 13A, a CMS line as female parent, and Tianlonghui 140, a high biomass and high combining ability restorer line. The average yield of the regional test in 2012-2013 was 585.5 kg/667 m2, increased by 6.9%, and had extremely significant difference with the control. The average yield of the production test in 2014 was 608.4 kg/667 m2, increased by 7.0%, the yields of all the test points were increased. It was approved by Henan Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2015.
